Formation of the team 组合成立

“In-Sight-Out” is finally formed, known in short as “I.S.O”, its meaning is deriving insights from the inside out, which is in line with every team member’s attempt to incorporate creative and artistic elements into portrait photography.

By establishing this team, we have an objective of adding more artistic elements to a fresh angle of lifestyle themed photography. This concept is actually the norm overseas; however it is something that photographers in Malaysia rarely choose to go for. We hope that we can be catalysts in this area of photography through our works of art which we call as “Living Style Photography”.

After a discussion, we have agreed that we will only accept 12 members, focusing on the following simple entry requirements as listed below:

* Equipped with a good artistic sense
* Knowledge of basic photography knowledge
* Responsible
* Serious in handling work
* Honest
* Forgiving
* Willing to work hard for the extra mile

我们这组合终于成立了，名字称为“In-Sight-Out”，简称“I.S.O.”，意思是由内到外的洞察能力，以配合大家能把设计艺术的元素加入摄影学里。

我们成立这组合的目的是想通过一种以人性生活化为本的摄影方式再加入多一些美术因素，以呈现出另一种风格的作品，这种风格其实在外国都很普遍，只是在本地鲜少摄影师采用。我们希望通过我们的作品，能让本地摄影出现多一种风格。我们简称“Living Style Photography”。

经过会议商讨后，我们一致赞成只录取12位成员，加入成员的条件非常简单，只需要以下几项条件：

- 富有审美观
- 懂得摄影的基本知识
- 有责任感
- 做事认真
- 坦白
- 宽容
- 刻苦耐劳

If there are any others who are interested to join us, you are always welcome; but you will tentatively be one of our back up members. Although you won’t be getting accreditation for the completed photos, there are plenty of opportunities to study and practice photography techniques. However, in the event that if an existing member quits or is required to leave the team for whatever reasons, the back up members will be nominated to replace the core team members.

The accreditation for all finished works of art will belong to those who possess the self discipline needed to go through the planned activities. Team members can opt to quit at any time. As long as members are not present for 2 consecutive meetings, no matter what reasons are given, will have their membership revoked, and will be replaced from the back up member list.

如有其他人有兴趣加入我们这个阵容，也非常欢迎，只不过只能成为我们的后备成员，并不能享有最终的成就荣誉，好处是可以有机会学习关于摄影技术，不过如果中途有某个成员放弃，就会直接补上其位子成为正式成员。

所有作品成就荣誉只优待于那些能坚持完成计划的成员，成员可以随时要求退出，凡是连续两次没参加会议者，无论以任何理由，一律直接被取消成员资格，另外让后备成员补上。
